Better support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities is at the heart of a new national plan to level up opportunities. The Government’s alternative provision green paper, published today, sets out its vision for a single, national SEND and alternative provision system that will introduce new standards in the quality of support given to children across education, health and care. Susanna challenges Children & Family Minister, Will Quince on why the government are yet to offer support for people struggling to pay their rising energy bills.
