Описание:
The milling of a Spline Shaft on our DN Puma 3100XLY. The shaft was too long for our other 4 axis machine with more space to manuver, so we had to get creative in the programming and mill the Spline Teeth with just a flat 1/4" dia carbide endmill and a full radius 3/16" carbide endmill. Took a bit of time to get all the cuts done but worked our real nice.
Programmed in Mastercam and Machined on a DN Solutions Puma 3100XLY
