Madeira's Culinary Experience & Scenic Views Tour | Day 6 | Disney Fantasy Transatlantic Cruise

Описание: Today we arrive in Funchal, Madeira 🇵🇹 — our final port stop before 7 days at sea crossing the Atlantic.

We begin the morning with breakfast on our veranda as the Disney Fantasy docks in Madeira, before heading off on our excursion: “Madeira’s Culinary Experience with Scenic Views.”

This guided bus tour takes us to three incredible stops around the island. First, we visit the Christ statue viewpoint for spectacular panoramic views — and of course we try some local custard tarts at the café.

Next, we stop in a beautiful fishing village where we explore the harbour and sample Madeira’s famous local drink, Poncha — strong but surprisingly good!

Our final scenic stop offers even more stunning coastal views, along with coffee and apple tart before heading to lunch.

Lunch is a real highlight: local wine, traditional dishes, and beef skewers cooked and served over the table.

Before heading back to the ship, we make one essential stop at the supermarket to stock up on wine and snacks — our last chance before 7 full days at sea on our Transatlantic crossing to America.

Madeira was absolutely beautiful, and this tour gave us the perfect mix of scenery and food.
