Today I'm in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, north east from Stockton, CA and South East from Sacramento checking out the town of Volcano, CA, which has the oldest operating General Store in all of California, just outside of Volcano is the Black Chasm Cavern, where w take a guided tour. Then it's off to the town of Sutter Creek, founded along Sutter Creek near Sutter Hill and Sutter mill, you get the point, this is ground zero for California's infamous GOLD RUSH.
