Hiking to Mount Monroe in the White Mountains of NH

I'm about halfway through the list of the NH 48, the mountains over 4000 feet of elevation in New Hampshire. This time I hike Mount Monroe in the Presidential Range. Then I get to thinking Mount Franklin must also be on the list so I hike there too, only later to realize it is a very nice mountain but not on the list of 48. It was an easy, breezy, beautiful day.
