A Hyderabad native who studied in Bengaluru, Edward cracked JEE Main with AIR 1100, JEE Advanced with AIR 558, and scored a remarkable 99.96 percentile in CAT 2025. He credits IIT Hyderabad’s flexible academic curriculum for shaping his success.

Beyond academics, Edward played a key leadership role as Overall Head of the Office of Career Services, managing over 250 coordinators. His journey with Optiver began with a rigorous internship that eventually led to a pre-placement offer.

The record breaks IIT Hyderabad’s previous highest package of ₹1.1 crore offered in 2017, setting a new benchmark for campus placements in India.
