Описание: How to be more confident when speaking French. Okay, let's be honest. Speaking French (especially with native French speakers) can be TERRIFYING. As someone who's been learning AND teaching French for a loooong time, I still have to work my way through the anxiety of speaking French.

Yes, I can explain how to use subjunctive in my sleep, but put me in front of a native speaker and there's a high chance I'll forget how to say 'bonjour.' While this is less than ideal, it's actually rather common among French learners (or second language learners in general). Seriously, I can promise you that you're one of the MANY French learners wondering how to overcome your fear of speaking French.

And there IS some good news. In order to overcome my own fear, I've tried out a ton of different strategies in order to learn how to get over the anxiety to speak French. So first, there ARE strategies that help. And second, none of them have to do with the French language itself. No grammar hacks, no pronunciation exercises, nothing to do with the mechanics of the language. Instead, they all focus on reframing your mindset in order to overcome your anxiety to speak French.

Simply saying, 'don't be afraid to speak French!' is useless. But the strategies I share in this video work wonders for me, and I hope they'll help you to get over the fear of speaking French as well. By the end of this video, you'll have learned all the ways I reframe my mind in order to be more confident when speaking French.
