What are the benefits of fasting? This video shows the messy parts of a water only fast. I try to highlight the honest struggles and surprising affects of what happens when you fast that comes with not eating food for 10 days, including the fasting benefits and side effects. I am attempting prolonged fasting for the first time. I'm going in expecting it to be easy and ending the experience with some quick weight loss, but the reality is probably much different. Hopefully, I don't quit.
