Ann shared her 'going home' story with us back in April this year (2025).
She spent some time in our In-Patient Unit receiving specialist care and support, as well as pain management, before heading back home, where she was further supported by our Strathcarron Hospice community teams.
Ann is now back in the Hospice after living her 'bonus' four months - time with her friends and family that she didn't believe she would have.
Please look out for part two where Ann shares what she got up to in this time and how she's feeling now. This is Hospice Care. Everything we do in our community, is for our community, and with our community, to enable people to live and die well.
