After 10 years of heading global Sustainability and Social Impact at McKinsey and Company, Doro made a switch to a new sector to lead Sustainable Business for one of the world’s biggest telecom companies, Vodafone. Only months after starting her new role, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the industry stood up to connect the world. Doro is leading Vodafone’s purpose driven agenda for it’s employees and customers, globally.
