چسب تشکیلات چیست؟
در بررسی تجربه تاریخی سازمان مجاهدین، همواره یک پرسش اساسی مطرح بوده است: چگونه این سازمان توانسته بیش از شصت سال به‌عنوان یک نیروی منسجم، پایدار و اثرگذار باقی بماند؛ در حالی که بسیاری از جریان‌ها و گروه‌های سیاسی با شعارها و اهداف به‌ظاهر آرمان‌خواهانه، یا فروپاشیدند یا به حاشیه رانده شدند؟ پاسخ این پرسش تنها در «داشتن هدف» خلاصه نمی‌شود. تاریخ معاصر ایران به‌روشنی نشان داده است که هدف، اگرچه ضروری است، اما به‌تنهایی تضمین‌کننده بقا، انسجام و استمرار یک تشکیلات سیاسی نیست. عامل تعیین‌کننده، ایدئولوژی است؛ همان نیروی پیونددهنده‌ای که به‌مثابه چسب اصلی تشکیلات عمل می‌کند. در نگاه مجاهدین، ایدئولوژی مجموعه‌ای از شعارهای انتزاعی نیست، بلکه نظامی جامع از ارزش‌ها، باورها و معیارهاست که کلیت زندگی فردی و جمعی را سامان می‌دهد و پاسخ می‌دهد چرا باید مبارزه کرد، چگونه باید زیست و برای چه هدفی باید هزینه داد. انسان بی‌ایدئولوژی وجود ندارد؛ هر فرد، آگاهانه یا ناآگاهانه، بر پایه یک نظام ارزشی زندگی می‌کند و حتی نفی ایدئولوژی نیز خود نوعی موضع ایدئولوژیک است. این نگاه، تنها مختص مجاهدین نیست. متفکرانی چون لویی آلتوسر، اسلاوی ژیژک و تری ایگلتون نیز تأکید کرده‌اند که ادعای بی‌ایدئولوژی بودن، عمیق‌ترین شکل غرق‌شدگی در ایدئولوژی است. برای فهم نسبت ایدئولوژی با تشکیلات و استراتژی، می‌توان از استعاره درخت استفاده کرد: ریشه، ایدئولوژی است؛ تنه و شاخه‌ها، تشکیلات؛ و میوه، استراتژی. بدون ریشه، نه میوه‌ای شکل می‌گیرد و نه درختی می‌ماند. گفتمان «پایان ایدئولوژی» که سال‌هاست در ایران ترویج می‌شود، عملاً به ابزاری برای خلع سلاح فکری نسل جوان و تخریب آلترناتیو رژیم تبدیل شده است. نتیجه آن، تداوم وضع موجود و افزایش عمر دیکتاتوری بوده است. در برابر رژیمی که خود بر پایه یک ایدئولوژی ارتجاعی بنا شده، مبارزه بدون ایدئولوژی ممکن نیست. ایدئولوژی همان نقشه راهی است که مبارزه پایدار و ماندگار را ممکن می‌کند. نظر شما چیست؟ دیدگاه خود را بنویسید و این ویدیو را به اشتراک بگذارید.

In examining the historical experience of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, a central question repeatedly emerges: how has this organization remained cohesive and resilient for over sixty years, while many other political groups with seemingly noble goals have collapsed or faded away? The answer lies beyond merely having an objective. Iran’s contemporary history clearly shows that goals alone do not guarantee survival or organizational continuity. The decisive factor is ideology—the binding force that acts as the core glue of any lasting movement. In the Mojahedin’s view, ideology is not a set of abstract slogans but a comprehensive system of values and beliefs that shapes individual and collective life, defining why to act, how to struggle, and what sacrifices are worth making. There is no such thing as an ideology-free human being; everyone lives according to a value system, consciously or unconsciously. Even rejecting ideology is itself an ideological stance. This understanding is shared by prominent thinkers such as Louis Althusser, Slavoj Žižek, and Terry Eagleton, who argue that claiming to be “non-ideological” represents the deepest immersion in ideology. The relationship between ideology, organization, and strategy can be understood through a simple metaphor: a tree. Ideology is the root, organization the trunk and branches, and strategy the fruit. Without roots, the tree withers and bears no fruit. The discourse of the “end of ideology,” widely promoted in Iran, has functioned as a political tool to intellectually disarm younger generations and marginalize a genuine alternative to the ruling system. The result has been the preservation of the status quo and the prolongation of dictatorship. Facing a regime built upon a reactionary ideology, sustained resistance without ideology is impossible.
