Return to Captain Wing Jun in Gyala Delve. Purchase Power Source: Boots on tab 2.

Trade the necessary materials to assemble your Special Ops Boots. You only need to purchase this once from the vendor. Immediately consumed on acquisition.
Purchase Ancient Ritualist armor pieces from Trading Post or get Ancient Ritualist recipes from Chin-Hwa.
Chin-Hwa is an Unusual Coins vendor east from Daigo Ward waypoint, Seitung Province.
Get Recipe: Ritualist's Intricate Gossamer Insignia too.
Craft Ritualist's Ancient Boots & return to Captain Wing Jun in Gyala Delve.
Purchase the last item.
