We are delighted to announce that our Perth Surf Park has today received development approval.
Located in Cockburn Central, the $120m precinct will create an authentic, inclusive and sustainable surf park in Western Australia welcoming over 1 million guests each year.
We would like to thank our talented project team including MJA Studio, See Design Studio, Place Development and Wavegarden, and our community of local Perth surfers, families and residents who have supported us on our journey to deliver a world-class surf park by the West, for the West.
Construction is expected to commence in early 2025, with the Perth Surf Park opening to the public in early 2027.
