PGInvIT owns and operates five fully operational Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) assets, including 11 lines (3,699 ckm) and 3 substations (6,630 MVA) across five states, holding 100% equity in its SPVs. Revenue comes from stable, predictable availability-based fixed tariff TSAs with 35-year tenures, backed by over 98% average asset availability. However, valuation reports foresee revenue declines from specific assets (Parli, Warora, Jabalpur) post-FY28, due to TSA structures where expenses increase with inflation against fixed revenues, potentially impacting DPU without new acquisitions. The company exhibits a robust balance sheet with total assets at ₹101.87 billion and a low 5.52% Net Debt to AUM (Mar 2025), supported by 'AAA' credit ratings, offering significant debt headroom for growth. PGInvIT has consistently generated NDCF (₹10.81 billion for FY25), distributing ₹12 per unit for FY25, exceeding the 90% mandate and guiding ₹12 for FY26. Its robust cash flows from operations (93.21% EBITDA margin) comfortably cover debt service and distributions. Crucially, reduced debtor days (from 40 to 25 days of billing by March 31, 2025) saw a dip in trade receivables to ₹2.23 billion, directly increasing cash available for distributions, with cash balance reaching ₹3.98 billion
