Описание: Anyone who has had a dislocation of their kneecap or who experience instability of the kneecap should have an interest in understanding trochlear dysplasia. It is one of those conditions often inadequately investigated during the clinical work-up of patellar instability, but if it is significant and unrecognised then unrelated surgical attempts at restoring patellar stability may fail.
