Diana manages to un-cuff herself as she's in the back of the police car, and then breaks the back windshield and escapes, just as Skiptracer hits the police car. Sandy gets out as well and Skiptracer (Robert Patrick from Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Bridge to Terabithia) nearly hits him, but Diana pushes him out of the way and gets rammed by the car, which causes Skiptracer to swerve off. As Sandy and Diana run away, Skiptracer is arrested along with Marisol and Julian. Diana is not injured from being hit by a car and Sandy thanks her for saving his life.

What’s the Identity Thief movie about?
Sandy Bigelow Patterson (Jason Bateman from Arrested Development and Couples Retreat) has a problem. A Denver family man who's always been responsible with his personal finances, he is shocked to learn that his credit score is in shambles. But it gets worse -- if he can't clear his name in a week, the mix-up could very well cost him his job. Fortunately Sandy is in luck; after the unrepentant Florida fraudster (Melissa McCarthy from Mike & Molly and Bridesmaids) who stole his identity causes a stir in a club and misses her court date, Sandy is arrested and promptly released when detectives request a mugshot, and realize their mistake. When the police refuse to offer any help, Sandy realizes that his only choice is to catch the impostor himself and bring her back to Denver to face justice. Unfortunately, this wily thief isn't going down without a fight, and with a grizzled skip tracer (Robert Patrick from The X-Files and The Men Who Stare at Goats) and a pair of vicious gangsters determined to get the fake Sandy first, every step along the way will be a struggle.
