As winter closes in, we're selling all the silage, hay and straw that we've got stored up from the summer work. Well, most of it anyway. We're going to keep a little bit back in case we're able to afford to buy some cows in the spring as we'd like to be able to expand our farm a little. Finally, we'll be getting started on the spring work, there's no planting to do, but we do have quite a bit of spraying and fertilizing to get done!
