The results will surprise you! You've been told to TRIM the fat off briskets but do you really need to? In this video I cook a full untrimmed FAT beef brisket in the Oklahamo Joe's offset smoker.
Rub Recipe:
1/2 cup paprika
1/2 cup kosher salt (or 1/4 cup if using table salt)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup black pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
