The tutorial explains how to make an envelope border to hide unwanted fringes of you overlay mosaic crochet project. It shows you a patterned one at the front and a simple one at the back. If you only want a simple border (without a pattern, just to hide the fringe), two rows of double crochet and one row of merging will do. I hope this is of any use :)
