The new purchase marathon continues and this is the next thing I went for! For $145 from a local clock shop, this was definitely one of the best steals I got! It's basically an antique version of the HM Barrister but honestly way nicer. It is working great though the chime is a little dull and very quiet. The strike does sound... very dull and I cannot figure out if the rod is worn or if I bent the hammer too far away. Otherwise, another great addition to my collection!
