1 pot vegetable rice recipe

1 tspn oil
2 bay leaf

1 large onion 🧅 fry light brown
and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 large tomato 🍅
salt to taste
1 tspn Red chilli powder
half haldi
add and cook 2 min oil separated
1 tbsp curd
and add 2 glass water
1 glass rice soaked
after boiled water add soaked rice
2 green chilli
coriander
mint
lemon juice
cook 5 min
after 5 gas low flame cook 5 min
and Vegetable rice is ready to eat
