Most dogs intuitively know to go potty on the patch because it's REAL grass, but some pets need more time to learn and that's okay! Here's 4 training tips:

Training Tip #1: Scent Transfer
Use the "Go Here" Spray to incentivize your dog to go potty on the grass. The "Go Here" Spray is formulated with pheromones to attract your dog to the grass. Another option is to use a paper towel to transfer dog pee to the Fresh Patch grass patch.

Training Tip #2: Leash & Verbal Cue
Lead your dog to the Fresh Patch with a leash and then use a verbal cue such as "go potty." Remember to be patient and repeat.

Training Tip #3: Observational Learning
If you have another dog that uses Fresh Patch, you can invite them to demonstrate how to use the grass. We do not advise this for puppies that do not have their vaccinations.

Training Tip #4: Positive Reinforcement
