Ingridents:
2 Medium sized Potatoes (Alu) mashed
I/2 Medium sized Onion (Piyaz) chopped
2 Medium green chilies (sabaz mirch)
1 tbsp bread cumbs
1/4 tsp black pepper (kali mirch) powder
1/2 tsp cumin (zeera) seeds
1/2 tsp red chilli (lal mirch) flakes
1 tsp salt (namak)
1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
1/4 tsp ginger (adrak) powder
1 tbsp corn flour
Mix well for smooth texture
Take some dough & make small balls
For coating:
One egg
1 cup bread crumbs
Sufficient oil for frying
