Richmond's Yaohan Centre is a massive complex catering to the city's large Asian community. The food court is reminiscent of being in Singapore or Hong Kong. There are many fantastic food vendors there, and in this episode, we visited Ajea Noodle to sample some of their Szechuan specialties.
We had:
Chicken & Szechuan Sausage Claypot Rice (4 out of 5 spiciness)
Traditional Noodles with Braised Beef Belly in Spicy Broth Base (4 out of 5 spiciness)
We really enjoyed both!
