🏆 GIVEAWAY T&Cs:

You must be in the Live Chat to Enter and be eligible to win Giveaways and take part in Battles/Games (unless stated otherwise) and your YT account MUST be 6 months or older.

Members will get certain Battles and Giveaways just for them. Higher level Members may also get extra entries in certain giveaways. (Den level = 2 extra, Lair level = 4 extra).

Anyone found to be using multiple YT accounts to enter more than once will be disqualified and banned from entering subsequent giveaways/games/battles.

Anyone under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian’s permission to enter the giveaways and claim any wins via email. Anyone under 18 found to not do so or not have permission will forfeit their prize.

Please do not come into the Live chat just to ask for giveaways – anyone found doing so by the Mods risks time-out or in multiple instances getting banned. Please try to join in on the conversation and fun in a meaningful way if you’re taking part in the Live Chat. Lurking is fine, I know we busy people.

International winners: I will cover up to $15 in postage cost for basic envelope stamped shipping. Any higher value cards won will have tracked shipping (I'm talking $100+ value single cards) and likely will require shipping cost from you. If you are a channel Member, this will be discounted. Be aware a higher value package may also attract a CUSTOMS FEE in your home country before it will be delivered to you - this is your responsibility to pay. Please do not contact me asking me to pay this fee for you. If you win a high value card, you need to be OK with paying some shipping and fees. In the event agreement cannot be reached, the giveaway will be forfeited and redrawn.

Giveaways are usually posted once monthly but may be delayed at any time due to family, life commitments, and store/ebay orders taking priority. I am under no obligation to immediately ship a giveaway or specify an exact timeframe. Once the giveaway has been posted and left my hands, it is no longer my responsibility and any missing parcels/tampered parcels are not my fault. In saying this, I will do my best to help remedy the situation but you will not receive consolation prizes or replacements for something you didn't pay for.
