Wicked Fancy Art Studio Tour 2026 with Sunlight and Running Water!

Описание: It's my 16th anniversary of starting my YouTube channel! And I finally have a studio with running water, heat, and natural light! Be forwarned, I have a lot of stuff. I have been making YouTube videos for 16 years (over 3,800 videos published!) I have dozens of online classes, and prior to starting my online business, I designed for painting and craft magazines and ran a teaching studio in Bangor, Maine. I have been making my living as an artist for 28 years, and I have collected many supplies. I say this to give context to this video and temper any expectations that you need this much to start out. All of my storage and equipment I have been using for years. Storage that works well for me and I recommend:
Meeden wood drawers for pastels (or pencils/crayons) https://amzn.to/47avc84 These are smoother and can take more stacking and still open well compared to the other pastel drawers I have.

Plastic drawers, stacked in the closet with the casters removed. They aren't pretty but they are so useful and durable, some of these I have had for 20 years and they are still going strong. Iris does (or used to do) a 12x12 version (the one I have under my table, I took the lids off the drawers but that one comes with lidded 14"x14" cases to fit 12"x12" scrapbook products). I could find the cases but not the cart: https://amzn.to/40OgShT This is great if you use 12x12 products. I think the Iris brand has gotten pricey so you might try Sterelite or Style master or other brands, it's been a while since I bought any. I like the ones with removable drawers best because I can take out a drawer and bring it to my table. I also love the metal trolleys like my card making supplies and oil paint stuff in in. They hold a ton! https://amzn.to/3P1wDiZ This one comes in a 3-tier or 4-tier option and has a bucket. Several colors available.

I also have several packs of wire cube storage (under my table, holding gel print supplies) https://amzn.to/4rNLyf4 I have used these for decades to make the different size storage shelves I need. I use zip ties https://amzn.to/3PghkD5 to make loops to hand brayers and to add shelves. I used to buy these at department stores. I have brobably had 3 or 4 sets I use together. Larger sets are availabe not for the wire cubes so look at price per cube, you will probably need more than you think. They store flat when not in use. They are great if you need to change your storage.
