Описание: Everyone Should Know This!
These are the normal health values every person must know. Maintaining these levels helps prevent diseases, ensures your organs work properly, and keeps your overall body in balance. Let’s understand each one in detail 👇

1. Blood Pressure: 120/80 mmHg
This is the ideal blood pressure. The upper number (systolic) shows the pressure when your heart beats, and the lower number (diastolic) shows pressure when the heart rests.
👉 High BP = Hypertension | Low BP = Hypotension
2. Pulse: 70-100 bpm
Pulse rate tells how fast your heart beats per minute. A normal resting pulse is between 70 and 100 beats.
👉 Lower pulse may indicate fitness; higher may mean stress or dehydration.
3. Body Temperature: 36.8–37°C
This is the average body temperature. A higher temperature shows fever; lower indicates cold exposure or thyroid issues.
4. Breathing Rate: 12–16 breaths/min
This is the normal respiratory rate for a healthy adult. Faster breathing can mean anxiety or lung problems.
5. Hemoglobin (Male: 13–18 g/dL | Female: 11.5–16 g/dL)
Hemoglobin carries oxygen in the blood. Low levels cause weakness, fatigue, or anemia.
6. Cholesterol: 130–200 mg/dL
Healthy cholesterol keeps your heart strong. Levels above 200 can increase heart disease risk.
7. Potassium: 3.5–5 mEq/L
Potassium balances fluid and muscle function. Too high or too low can affect heart rhythm.
8. Sodium: 135–145 mEq/L
Sodium maintains fluid balance and nerve function. Low sodium can cause dizziness; high causes dehydration.
9. Triglyceride: 220 mg/dL
These are fats in your blood. Higher levels increase heart disease risk, so keep them controlled with a healthy diet.
10. Blood Volume: 5–6 Liters
An adult has about 5–6 liters of blood, circulating oxygen and nutrients to every cell.
11. Blood Sugar:
Children: 70–130 mg/dL
Adults: 70–115 mg/dL
Blood sugar controls your body’s energy. High sugar = diabetes risk; low = hypoglycemia.
12. Iron: 8–15 mg/day
Iron is essential for red blood cell production. Deficiency causes fatigue and pale skin.
13. White Blood Cells (WBC): 4,000–11,000/µL
These fight infections. Low WBC means weak immunity; high may mean infection or inflammation.
14. Red Blood Cells (RBC): 4.6–6 million/µL
RBCs carry oxygen. Low count leads to anemia; high count can thicken the blood.
15. Platelets: 150,000–400,000/µL
Platelets help blood clot after injury. Low levels cause bleeding; high levels can cause clots.
16. Calcium: 8.6–10.3 mg/dL
Calcium strengthens bones, teeth, and muscles. Low calcium causes cramps or weak bones.
17. Vitamin D3: 20–50 ng/mL
It helps absorb calcium and supports immune health. Deficiency leads to bone weakness and fatigue.
18. Vitamin B12: 200–900 pg/mL
It’s vital for nerve function and red blood cell formation. Low B12 can cause tiredness, memory loss, or numbness.

💡 Tip:
Get regular health checkups to ensure all these levels are in range. Small lifestyle changes can make a huge difference!
