Shaloo Sharma is an experienced Consultant , Educator & Life Skills Trainer with over 25 years of experience, most of which has been dedicated to designing and delivering programs for Persons with Special Needs , which includes students with autism, sensory and/or intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties and/or behaviour disorders. Currently she is the Founder Director of Evoluer Solutions, a Consultancy that works towards promoting Inclusion. She works with key stakeholders - parents, enterprise & educational organisations, to help develop their Inclusive Practices. She designs, develops & deliver Life skills & Career Training programs for young adults with Special Needs. She works with Corporate & Industry to help train and hire persons with special needs.

She has travelled extensively across the globe to deliver training programs related to Mental Health. Her expertise lies in the use of Expressive Art for Emotional Betterment. She is a Masters in Fine Arts, a Masters in Applied Psychology and a B.Ed. in Special Education.
