What does the Bible say about STARS?

Описание: The Bible often uses stars as imagery or metaphors, such as God promising Abraham to make his offspring as numerous as the stars (Gen. 15:5) or Peter saying salvation is like the morning star rising in our hearts (2 Pet. 1:19).
Stars are also established as part of God’s handiwork and under his authority, staring with God creating stars in Gen. 1:16 and continuing to stars falling in the end times in Rev. 6:13.
Stars are all throughout the Bible, and with the latest advancements in telescopes and space cameras, nothing can bring that imagery to life like pictures from space. How great is our God that he created these amazing stars and counts us, humans, as greater than these. How amazing is our God!
