2. Utilise Modern Pig Slaughter Machine
3. Chop Pork Belly
4. Chop Pork Lean Meat
5. Ground Fat & Meat
6. Add Chinese Wine (56%)
7. Fine Ground
8. Pork Intestine
9. Stuff the Sausage
10. Poke (so it will dry fast)
11. Rope the sausage
12. Hang on a Bamboo Stick
13. Let Them Dry
14. Ready to Cook
15. Slice the Sausage
16. Stir-fry with Green Pepper
