Beating the Tower of Ascension in the game The End is Nigh! This is one of the cartridges in the game, and the only challenge is to 'do the bare minimum', which is really underselling the whole 'beat every screen back-to-back without dying'.
This took three sessions worth of attempts. My first session I got to the second last screen and didn't realise about the balloon, the second session I managed to die on the final screen, and my third set of attempts managed to beat it.
This cartridge consists of the previous four deathless cartridges (which you can practice) plus an additional set of five levels. You can't practice the final set of five levels though!
