Taking a break from playing Arcade Archives Ridge Racer by playing the sequel. I'd been playing a bunch of RR2 recently for a Calice Cup driving game tournament (came 2nd in RR2 & 2nd overall, the other games were OutRun 2SP, Crazy Taxi, Power Drift & Speed Race Jr) so I thought I'd play it again with a stupid limitation on myself - no brake pedal use - so tight cornering is done by gear manipulation. Like original Ridge Racer, there's multiple ways to drift beside turn, tap brake, press accel
Remember: if it's a day of the week, you can play some Ridge Racer. Never forget this important knowledge
