We pushed the limits in this off-grid snowmobile trail ride to Swift Rapids Lift Lock — testing the new Trail Link Rider Tracking and Alert System!
Trail Link keeps you connected even when you’re deep in the woods with no cell signal. The handlebar-mounted interface lets riders send three levels of alerts to the rest of the group:
1. Heads Up Alert – Let others know you’re slowing down or falling behind
2. STOP Alert – Tell the group to halt immediately
3. SOS ALERT – Send a call for help if you’re stuck, broken down, or injured
In this video, we put Trail Link to the test during a long-distance group ride through Ontario’s remote snowmobile trails — including a scenic stop at the iconic Swift Rapids Lift Lock.
