My daughter and son-in-law arranged this flight for me.
I have a private pilot certificate, but not a current medical. I am a flight simulator technician for a major airline. I worked on fighter flight simulators in the Air Force, but this has to be one of the most exciting things I have ever done in an airplane. Thanks to all who were involved in setting it up for me.
The camera is a GoPro on a custom mount, the microphone has the same problem mine has in my car for DE sessions...all wind noise unless it is inside the car. You might want to turn down the sound once we get going. I tried to turn it down when I edited it, but wanted to leave some of it in.
We took off from Cobb County McCollum Airport and was in the air not quite 1 hour. I edited the video down to less than 24 minutes. Might be boring to some, but it is the more interesting/exciting parts.
