Yes you can add more skybox states, the building process should still be similar to how it is explained in this video, even if this video only shows 2 of them (Day and Night).
How to access the Logic Cube settings (for all Logic Cubes in the video):
1. right click on a logic cube
2. left click "settings"
How to delete signal transfer lines:
1. right click on them (make sure any asset is behind it)
2. left click "delete"
