She studied Holistic Health at the College of Transformational Arts and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Human Rights, and Gender Studies at the University of Carleton. She is NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Certified and has received education in nutrition, herbalism, energetics, energy work, coaching, counseling & mind mechanics. She is furthermore self-taught in Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian; and has gone on to learn Arabic and French.
