Standing Band Reach Back | Upper Back & Shoulder Mobility Exercise
The standing band reach back is a simple but effective movement to improve posture, upper-back strength, and shoulder mobility—especially if you spend a lot of time sitting, training hard, or feeling tight through the shoulders.
This exercise helps:
✔ Activate the upper back and rear delts
✔ Improve posture and shoulder positioning
✔ Support healthy shoulder movement
✔ Reduce stiffness from poor posture or overtraining
I use movements like this often in my CBKT programs, especially for women 35–55 who feel exhausted, tight, or frustrated because their workouts aren’t giving them results anymore. The right corrective work changes everything.
