After seeing different knock down stool and table builds, I used a simple design that could be replicated for any size furniture that you need to be able to collapse or 'knock down' to save space when not in use.

I wanted something that could be used as a side table for my guest room murphy bed, but also as a stand for my hand tool chest. When not in use, I will keep the four pieces in my closet with the rest of my tools, out of the way.
