Do you want to write for the harp, but feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start? Do you wish you could take a few months of lessons, but lack the time?
I’m so excited to offer the Composer’s Harp Lesson Workshop on January 30-31, 2021. As a harpist, I’ve coached composers around the world on writing for the harp. In this workshop, I want to introduce you to the harp, offer a thorough overview of harp technique, and demonstrate different sounds and extended techniques.
In short, we’ll cover what you would learn in 1-2 MONTHS of lessons, but carefully adapted to your specific needs. (Not a composer? If you have any interest in better working with the harp, even as a conductor or band/orchestra director, this workshop is still for you!)
