FOCUSES
1. Return to the middle after each stroke.
2. (Offensive) - ‘che-che’ followed by reaching the shuttle as high as possible
3. (Defensive) - Take a long step out on the playing leg and use left arm to increase your balance. Lock the balance leg to the middle

DESCRIPTION
This exercise is meant to help understand how to reach the shuttles at the net. By changing between defensive and offensive on each shuttle.
At impact when you reach the shuttle you must push away from the corner by sinking down on your knee, followed by a push back towards the middle. The left arm is also central to keep the balance and by that improve the stroke.
Feeding: 12-14 shuttles. Change after each time.
Repeats: 3-4 to make this exercise most efficient. Only 1 times in a row - change after every round.
Players: 2-3 players, if 3 players - one player collect the shuttles
