THE PERFECT HOMEMADE SOURDOUGH BREAD | EASY STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
Making sourdough bread may look very difficult at first. But it’s definitely worth trying. The joy of baking bread at home is something special — the warm aroma spreads throughout the whole house, and most importantly, because it’s made with sourdough, it’s much easier to digest and healthier.
I filmed the video in detail. For this bread, I used a sourdough starter that I prepared with rye flour. In the dough, I used 300 g of white flour and 200 g of whole wheat flour. I added 100 g of starter, 300 ml of water, and 10 g of salt.
After kneading the dough, I let it rest for 30 minutes and did the first fold. Then I repeated the folding process 3–4 times. After shaping, I placed it in a proofing basket and let it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
I baked it at 250°C for 30–40 minutes, checking it carefully while baking.
