Police in Crystal have a new device that can help fight fires and save lives. Often the first to arrive at the scene of a fire, police can toss the device into a burning room to knock down flames and reduce the temperature by as much as 1,000 degrees. A Masonic Lodge in Minneapolis raised funds and donated the device, which costs about $1,000.
