MU Ima Fancy Asset, also known as Reba, is an elegant bay Appendix Quarter Horse filly that has been raised at the University of Missouri’s Equine Teaching Facility. We expect this weanling to mature around 16.1 hands. Reba is a fancy hunter-type horse with a reaching stride that is sure to grab attention anywhere she goes. Reba has quickly blossomed and stands out for her age with amazing size and maturity to her build. Reba’s movement is effortless and ground covering, setting her up to excel in a variety of english disciplines, including over-fences classes, hunter under saddle, and dressage. While Reba is an easy pick for an english show prospect, she could also cross over to western all-around events or recreational riding. Reba’s maternal siblings, also raised in our program, have been used in hunt seat events that include both flat and over-fences classes.

MU Ima Fancy Asset is being offered for sale in the 19th annual MU Online Horse Auction & Fundraiser. Join us for a Horse Preview and Silent Auction on Saturday, November 8, 2025, between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 4400 E. New Haven Road, Columbia, MO 65201. Potential buyers can drop by throughout the day to personally inspect our horses. Buyers are encouraged to review each sale horse’s individual portfolio that includes pictures from birth to present, complete health records, journals describing each training session, and extended pedigree information. These sale portfolios will be posted on our auction website by November 10, 2025.

This sale is planned and produced by students in the Division of Animal Sciences, providing students with valuable real-world experiences through the training and marketing of horses and professional communication with potential buyers.
