Suspended African National Congress (ANC) Secretary-General, Ace Magashule, is not expected to apologise to the party structures, as instructed by the ANC National Executive Committee (NEC).
The politically and legally embattled politician says this is due to the court bid he's launched against the party.
Magashule attended and addressed party members at the beginning of the court trial of former President Jacob Zuma.
