Asia Rose Simpson from Quezon City just won Miss World Philippines 2026! The coronation was tonight – February 3, 2026 – at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. She’s only 17, and beat out 23 other delegates to take the crown. Next up, she’ll represent us at the 73rd Miss World pageant.

This year’s theme was "Exceptionally Empowered Filipina," and there were tons of other titles given out too:

First Princess is Anne Carres de Mesa from Manila
Second Princess goes to Gabrielle Fuentes Galapia of Pampanga
Valerie Pawid West from Ifugao is Miss Global Philippines 2026
Marizza Delgado (from the Filipino Community of New York) took home Universal Woman Philippines
Jayvee Lyn Lorejo of Davao Region is Miss Tourism Philippines
Olivia Grace Reilly from Sultan Kudarat is our new Miss Teen Philippines
Lorraine Ojimba of Rizal won Miss Tourism Queen of the Year Philippines

Asia Rose really shone during the Q&A – she talked about how social media affects us, and shared her SED initiative that uses sports and dance to promote physical and mental health. She also nailed the preliminary challenges, winning both Beauty with a Purpose and Talent! Other fast-track winners were Jayvee Lyn Lorejo for Top Model, Valerie Pawid West for Sports Challenge, and Gabrielle Fuentes Galapia for Head-to-Head.

Oh, and Miss World 2025 Opal Suchata Chuangsri and Julia Morley (the Miss World Organization chairperson) were there as special guests!
