In late 2020 we bought this 170 year old Mansion in South West France. The roof was in urgent need of repair, and the attic was full of buckets to catch the water. Now, with the help of our builders, Jason & Taylor Reeves (and TJ), it is being converted into a professional recording studio, with 700m of technical wiring extending to almost every room of this Neo-Classical Mansion (including the cellar), and 360 audio lines that all arrive in the patch bay of the mixing desk.
Also in the attic is a live room (which will double up as my yoga studio for yoga and wellness retreats), a YouTube studio, several isolation booths for drums, vocals and other instruments, as well as a small self contained apartment with mezzanine bed, bathroom and kitchenette.
