We received an order for sadaqah jariyah for our sister in `Islam, Farida Banu Siddique. May ALlah accept it and forgive her and grant her jannatul firdaous, Ameen. We planted a croton megalocarpus tree also known as a Kenyan croton tree.
We planted trees at Eastview Masjid, in Harare, Zimbabwe making the environment greener and more beautiful. This islamic initiative by the muslim community with their sadaqah jariyahorders, is part of a wider effort to cultivate a thriving garden. Witness the beauty of this Islamic tradition intertwined with nature.
We are planting trees as a form of Sadaqah Jariyah. Visit simamiti.com buy the tree and we will do the rest. All trees will be planted in Zimbabwe in different locations, including but not limited to mosques, orphanages, graveyards and orchards.
This act highlights the importance of planting trees in Islam and the continuous benefits of Sadaqah on behalf of someone. It's a meaningful way to contribute to nature regeneration.
Sadaqah on behalf of someone : Memorial tree for deceased loved ones
If you would like to plant trees as sadaqah jariyah for yourself or your loved ones we can facilitate that for you inshallah.
Give trees as #EidGifts or #AnytimeGifts f for your family and friends. Gifting a tree for #Eid is a great #UniqueEidGiftIdea which lasts longer than any other gift you can give inshallah because the reward carries on even when a person has passed away
Below are a few hadiths about planting trees :
1.) Anas ibn Malik reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If the Final Hour comes while you have a shoot of a plant in your hands and it is possible to plant it before the Hour comes, you should plant it."
2.) Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There is none amongst the Muslims who plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, but is regarded as a charitable gift for him." Sahih al-Bukhari 2320
3.) Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)." [Muslim].
