Look Outside - Who Are Sylvain, Claire, and Jean-Pierre? (Plus, Extra Papineau And Joel Dialog!)

Описание: Sylvain, Claire, and Jean-Pierre are NPCs that you can find in the fungal area of the game, which is located in the Basement, and can be reached after you travel through the sewer.

While you are exploring the fungal area, you will enter a big area where you must step on mushrooms to open up paths to proceed. In this area, you will run across some NPCs that are webbed up in the mycelium that makes up the area. Getting close to these NPCs will trigger a fight with the nearby enemies, and you will see the NPC webbed up in the back. Kill the enemies in battle, and you will save the NPC, which will trigger a conversation with them.

NOTE: There will be extra dialog with Sylvain if you have Papineau in your party, and there will also be extra dialog with Jean-Pierre if you have Papineau and Joel in your party. I will make timestamps for these interactions below.

00:00 - Rescuing Sylvain and having a conversation with him. Choosing all options before leaving.

01:58 - Rescuing Claire and having a conversation with her. Choosing all options before leaving.

04:39 - Rescuing Jean-Pierre and having a conversation with him. Choosing all options before leaving.

After rescuing each character and leaving the conversation, they will all tell you that they will wait by the entrance for you. Head back north to where you first entered the fungal area, and sure enough, they will be there. However, you will find that they are not what they seem!

06:59 - After a bit of dialog, you will find out that the NPCs are actually enemies in disguise, and you will be thrown into combat with them.

QUICK NOTE: For some reason, Pierre ALWAYS seems to be here as well if you have rescued at least one of the three NPCs and then go back to the entrance, EVEN if you have killed Pierre! In this playthrough, I killed him already and took his remains to Sam's apartment. This is definitely a bug, so just be warned that Pierre will also join in on the fight!

09:06 - Extra dialog with Sylvain because Papineau is in the party.

10:00 - Extra dialog with Jean-Pierre because Papineau and Joel are in the party (both DO NOT have to be present at the same time, they just both have a little extra individual dialog).
