Saying the final goodbye to Bruce – my wingman for over 30 years – hit harder than I thought.
Trying to sort things, deal with paperwork, get medical stuff checked, and keep up with everyday life... it all adds up.
Didn’t get to see my mates. Didn’t manage half the things I’d planned.
Then came the message – another friend down in a bike crash.
And someone else close, hit with rough health news.
