Elle also known as synackodes on Twitter ! began her journey into tech a little over 2 years ago. I guess you can say I have a non-traditional background? Before transitioning into my new career . I worked in the automotive industry and are quite tired of it because it was more of the same .. daily. I found myself always looking for new things to do which made me want to switch careers. I immediately gravitated towards tech because the field is so vast and there is never a dull moment. Since taking the leap I have met so many amazing people who have given tons of advice and support . In Sep 2021 I officially transitioned into security and obtained my first position at Bugcrowd. I have learned so much but I know I have a ways to go ! I'm excited for my future in cyber and eager to show the rope to those coming in behind me .
